My Goal in life is to be the person my pets think I am!

              My name is Lee Taylor-Belcher, owner of Happy Hearts Pet Care. I am a native of Ann Arbor and grew up with a variety of pets from many cats and dogs to raccoons, goats, rabbits and ponies. Animals have always been an important part of my life so in 1994 I became a full time professional pet sitter dedicated to offering the West Ann Arbor area the BEST professional yet personal stay at home pet care service.
              My family consists of my husband Bruce and I am a mom of two great boys, a wonderful Boarder Collie mix from the HSHV and 4 awesome cats that have claimed the family. We have a fondness for stray and rescued pets to say the least.
I feel absolutely blessed in my life with a supportive family and successful business working with animals and being outdoors,
Life is Good!
              I continue to educate myself on pet care by attending pet related conventions and seminars. I also keep my pet health updated with Pet Tech CPR and first aid training as well as I continue to attend dog obedience and behavior training with my own dog Kelsey who is now 13 years old. While I do not consider myself a trainer, nor would I want to be one, I can offer helpful ideas for issues you may have with your pets or connect you with one of the Certified Pet Dog Trainers I have personally worked with.

At Happy Hearts Pet Care we have a wonderful staff of reliable, pet loving people that have been with the company for 4 or more years. They each have taken pet CPR & first aid training either from the Red Cross or Pet Tech and all are bonded and insured with the company.

You will have the opportunity to meet any staff member that would be caring for your pets and home so you can feel comfortable and confident with the person providing care. You can also have peace of mind knowing that there will ALWAYS be someone available to care for your pets no matter what circumstance might arise.

Every staff member is interviewed, screened and given pet sitters orientation to uphold our high standards of service to our valued clients.
